CANCELLATION POLICY
At Alchemy Loft, we value the time, energy, and care that goes into each personalized experience. In order to honor our team’s time and accommodate all guests, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% service fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
