In order to honor our team’s time and accommodate all guests, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% service fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
